How do I order a cake?
It's simple — browse our collections, choose your cake, add it to your basket and personalise it at checkout. Once you've paid you'll receive an order confirmation email straight away. We then bake your cake fresh and deliver it straight to your door. Next day delivery is available when you order before 1pm.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We are the UK's fastest custom cake company — order before 1pm and we can deliver next day. We do recommend ordering 2–3 days before your party to allow for any unforeseen circumstances outside our control. We have a 97% on-time delivery success rate and we're proud of that.
Who delivers my cake and when?
We use DHL to deliver all our cakes. DHL will send you a text message with a delivery window so you know when to expect your cake. Once your cake has been dispatched we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. We do not deliver on Sundays — if you order on a Friday your cake will be delivered on Monday.

Do you deliver across the whole of the UK?
Yes — we deliver to most UK postcodes including England, Scotland and Wales. Our cakes are packaged securely to travel safely. Delivery timescales and costs are shown at checkout based on your postcode.
What sizes are available?
Our standard size is 8 inch, which feeds 20–25 people. We also offer a 10 inch extra large which feeds 30–35 people. If you need something bigger for a large event, just contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How should I store my cake once delivered?
Your cake will stay fresh for up to 7 days after delivery. Each cake is sealed airtight with sugarpaste which locks in the freshness. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight — no need to refrigerate.
What flavours are available?
Our cakes are available in 7 sponge flavours. Flavour options are shown on each product page. If you'd like to discuss a specific flavour request, please contact us before ordering.
Can I personalise my cake?
Yes — every cake is fully personalised at no extra cost. You can add names, ages, messages, colour preferences and design requests at checkout. Our decorators will handcraft every detail to make it uniquely yours.
What ages can you make number cakes for?
We can create number cakes for absolutely any age — from a first birthday right through to centenary celebrations. Single digit numbers (1–9), double digits (10, 18, 21, 30, 40, 50 etc.) and even triple digits are all available. Just select or request the number you need at checkout.
Can you make wedding and occasion cakes?
Yes — we create cakes for a wide range of occasions including weddings, baby showers, christenings, gender reveals, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, hen parties and more. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll help you find the perfect design.
Do you make baby shower and gender reveal cakes?
Yes — baby shower and gender reveal cakes are among our most popular occasion cakes. We can create beautiful pastel designs, "Oh Baby" themes and surprise gender reveal cakes where the inside sponge is either pink or blue. Contact us to discuss your idea and we'll bring it to life.
Do you offer treat boxes?
Yes — our treat boxes contain freshly made cupcakes, doughnuts or cookies presented in a beautiful gift-ready box. Perfect for birthdays, corporate gifting, party favours and thank-yous. Next day delivery available when you order before 1pm.
Are your cakes suitable for people with dietary requirements?
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. If you have a specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. Full allergen information is available on request.
Do you cater for corporate orders?
Absolutely — we work with businesses of all sizes across the UK, from small office parties to large-scale corporate events. We can brand cupcakes with your company logo or colours. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What is your refund and damages policy?
If your cake arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately upon delivery — this is essential for any claim to be processed. Please note that if your cake was not ordered at least 2–3 days before your event, we are unable to offer a refund or send a replacement in the event of damage or delay. Once your cake has been dispatched it is in the hands of DHL and outside of our control. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your celebration to protect yourself against any unforeseen courier delays.
