Free Weekday Cake Delivery

We offer free weekday delivery on many of our cakes across the UK.

You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, with dates available up to 3 months in advance. We will dispatch your cake using a trusted third-party courier service, including DHL, for delivery to the address provided.

Choosing Your Delivery Date

When placing your order, please select the date you would like your cake to arrive.

For birthdays, parties, weddings, corporate events and other time-sensitive occasions, we strongly recommend choosing a delivery date 1–2 working days before your event where possible. This gives extra time in case of courier delays, adverse weather or other disruption outside our control.

During busy periods, including Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we recommend selecting a delivery date at least two full working days before your event.

Delivery Notifications

Please add a valid mobile number and email address when placing your order.

DHL will usually send tracking updates and, where available, a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.

Please monitor your tracking information and make sure the cake is brought indoors as soon as it arrives.

Leave-Safe Delivery

As cakes are perishable food items, deliveries are sent using a leave-safe delivery service.

This means the courier may leave your parcel at the delivery address or in a safe place if required. Once the courier tracking shows the parcel has been delivered to the delivery address or safe place, the customer is responsible for bringing the cake indoors and storing it correctly.

Paid Delivery Upgrades

At checkout, you may be able to choose paid delivery upgrades, including selected time slots, depending on availability and postcode coverage.

If you choose a paid delivery upgrade, this refers to the delivery service requested from the courier. Courier delays can still occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, depot disruption or other events outside our control.

Storing Your Cake

Once your cake arrives, please bring it indoors immediately and store it at room temperature in a cool, dry place.

Please do not store your cake in the fridge unless we specifically advise you to do so. Refrigeration can cause condensation, which may make colours run, decorations soften, edible images blur, or the finish of the cake deteriorate.
